Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. We may limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

Delivery Area: We offer delivery across Lahore and nationwide throughout Pakistan.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from AK CCTV pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns, Replacements, and Warranties:
7-Day Return Policy: From the date you receive the product, you can enjoy a 7-day no-reason return or exchange service, provided the product is completely undamaged, unused, and the original outer packaging is intact.
30-Day Quality Replacement: Within 30 days from the date of receipt, if the product experiences non-human-induced performance or manufacturing failures, you can replace the same product for free.
1-Year Warranty: We offer a 1-year free repair warranty for non-human-induced performance faults. Warranties are void if the product has been physically damaged, burnt, short-circuited, or improperly installed by unauthorized personnel.
6. Installation and Use of Security Equipment:
DIY Installation: If you choose to install the CCTV equipment yourself, AK CCTV is not responsible for any damage to the cameras, NVRs, DVRs, or your property resulting from improper wiring, mounting, or configuration.
Professional Installation: If you utilize our team or recommended partners for installation services in Lahore, specific service warranties will be outlined in your installation invoice.
Intended Use: Our products are designed for security and surveillance. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the placement and use of cameras comply with local privacy laws and regulations in Pakistan.
7. Limitation of Liability:
Security Disclaimer: While our security systems (Uniview, Hikvision, Reoqoo, etc.) provide high-quality surveillance and deterrents, AK CCTV does not guarantee that the use of our products will completely prevent theft, property damage, or unauthorized intrusion.
Damages: In no case shall AK CCTV, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or property loss) arising from your use of our products or the website.
